Jeff Phillips has been with Contec, Inc. since 2017, contributing his deep experience to his role as Senior Territory Business Manager. Before joining Contec, he worked for 7 years in Pharmaceutical Sales and 16 years in Medical Sales, focusing on single-use items. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University, adding academic prowess to his practical experience.


Jeff manages a multifaceted territory that encompasses Eastern PA, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. Whether dealing with large urban healthcare centers or specialized rural facilities, he crafts tailored solutions that address the needs of each locale. His adaptability and understanding of regional regulations make him a reliable point of contact in the Northeast.


Beyond his professional role, Jeff resides in the Philadelphia area and is a big sports fan. His long history in sales and strong customer relations underline his effectiveness in his field. Jeff's accolades include being a Registered Medical Sales Rep and achieving the highest sales growth percentage in the Healthcare division since 2017. Neil has over twenty years of experience in the contamination control industry, supporting pharmaceutical, biomedical and other critical industries. Currently the Technical/R&D Manager for Contec in Europe, Neil developed Contec’s cleanroom disinfection products for European and other global markets.

Neil is a microbiologist with extensive expertise in the field of chemical disinfection and has developed disinfectant products and processes for cleanroom use worldwide, including a product design patent. Neil has conducted seminars and presentations globally on cleanrooms, disinfectants, and GMP requirements, and has co-authored published articles such as ‘ Virucidal testing of Cleanroom Disinfectants’ and has assisted facilities in selecting appropriate disinfectants, wipes, and mopping systems for use in critical and controlled environments.

As Quality Manager for Contec, Neil was instrumental in establishing Contec’s European disinfectant manufacturing and was integral in gaining ISO 9001 for their European manufacturing site. Previously Technical Development Manager for Shield Medicare/Ecolab for nearly 10 years, Neil holds a degree in Applied Biology and Microbiology from University of Wales Institute.
